Terms of Service

Bio-AI is a decision-support tool. It predicts the behaviour of cementitious mixes incorporating Hibiscus sabdariffa (Guinea sorrel) infusion or decoction extracts using a micro-AI digital twin model.

You are responsible for your credentials and for all activity in your session. Accounts are personal; sharing them is prohibited. We may suspend an account used for abuse, scraping, or attempts to bypass access controls.

Predictions are estimates, not certified test results. Every formulation must be validated by laboratory testing under the applicable standards before being used on site. KAADE CONSTRUCTION accepts no liability for structural, financial or safety consequences of mixes poured without such validation.

4.1 Ownership. The Bio-AI platform — including the micro-AI digital twin model, its calibration coefficients, the bio-admixture dosage methodology for Hibiscus sabdariffa infusion and decoction, source code, database structure, interfaces, texts, graphics, the names “Bio-AI” and “KAADE CONSTRUCTION”, logos and all related documentation — is the exclusive property of KAADE CONSTRUCTION and is protected by the copyright, trade-secret and industrial-property laws of Burkina Faso, the OAPI (Bangui Agreement) framework and applicable international treaties.

4.2 Licence granted to you. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the service for your own professional purposes for the duration of your subscription. No ownership right is transferred.

4.3 Restrictions. You may not copy, decompile, reverse-engineer, extract or re-train models on our outputs, resell, sublicense, or create derivative works from the platform or its predictions, nor use them to build a competing service.

4.4 Your data. You keep ownership of the mix parameters and project data you enter. You grant KAADE CONSTRUCTION a limited licence to process them to run the service and to improve the model in aggregated, de-identified form.

4.5 Feedback. Suggestions you send us may be used freely and without compensation.

4.6 Infringement. Any unauthorised use may give rise to civil and criminal proceedings. Report suspected infringement to contact@kaade-construction.bf.

The service is provided “as is”. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid over the twelve months preceding the claim.

These terms are governed by the law of Burkina Faso. Disputes fall under the competent courts of Ouagadougou after an attempt at amicable settlement.
