Refund Policy
Applies to every paid Bio-AI subscription sold by KAADE CONSTRUCTION (IFU 00189678B).
1. Free evaluation
Every account starts with a free tier that runs the digital twin and saves a limited number of mixes, so the model can be evaluated before any payment.
2. 14-day refund window
A first paid subscription can be refunded in full within 14 calendar days of payment, provided fewer than 50 optimisation runs were saved during that period.
3. Renewals
Renewal invoices are not refundable once the new period has started, except for a documented service outage exceeding 72 consecutive hours, which is refunded pro rata.
4. Cancelling
You may cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the paid period; no automatic renewal is charged afterwards.
5. Not refundable
Custom calibration work, on-site laboratory campaigns and training sessions already delivered.
6. Requesting a refund
Write to contact@kaade-construction.bf with your account email and invoice reference. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 14 working days.
