Privacy Policy
KAADE CONSTRUCTION (IFU 00189678B, RCCM BF-OUA-01-2022-A11-12374) operates Bio-AI. This policy explains what we collect and how it is protected.
1. Data we collect
Account data: email address, optional display name and company, and the timestamps of your sessions. Formulation data: the mix parameters you enter and the predicted results you choose to save.
We do not collect payment card numbers; payments, when applicable, are processed by a licensed payment provider.
2. How we use it
To authenticate you, to store and display your saved mixes, to improve the accuracy of the digital twin model in aggregated and de-identified form, and to meet legal obligations in Burkina Faso.
3. Storage and security
Data is stored in an encrypted managed database. Access is enforced row by row: technical rules guarantee that a signed-in account can only read and write its own rows. Traffic is encrypted in transit (TLS). Passwords are never stored in clear text.
4. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with infrastructure providers strictly necessary to run the service, and with authorities when legally required.
5. Retention and your rights
Your saved mixes are kept until you delete them or close your account. You can request access, correction, export or deletion of your data by writing to contact@kaade-construction.bf.
